The [ncvp_sitemap] shortcode is rendered by ncvp-live-misc.
Many sites don't need one.
It won't pick up pages outside the WP scheme, and can't deal with null nodes. It's quite useful to have the sitemap follow the page hierarchy rather than any particular menu.
